Kim Catching has been with Circle since 2016. Kim manages all staffing, financial and HR and is instrumental in Circle’s development. Kim insures all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture. Prior to Circle Urban Ministries she was the head of business for the Association for Challenge Course Technology where she served in this capacity for 7 years.
